Each property available to the company has its dossier with technical information, photos and owner data. The dossier is shared with the workspace team and, thanks to a dedicated chat, members can exchange information and upload documents.

Documents upload

It is possible to access to Duedot from any device, so you can use the traditional uploading methods from computers such as drag & drop and scanner, or use your smartphone’s camera, or import files from other applications.

Search on the map

With Duedot you can search for a property by name, in the search bar at the top of the dossier list, or by address directly on the map. The map is a very useful tool to search for available properties in a specific area of ​​interest.

Negotiation dossier opening

The negotiation dossier is linked to the property one and it can be shared with the client for images and technical data consultation, requested documents uploading and easy communication via chat.

Interaction with clients

When clients are added as participants of the dossier, they receive an email with a link to view the digital dossier in their favorite browser. With no need of registration or installation of the App, clients can also interact with the company via dedicated chat and upload required documents.

Dossier closure

As the negotiation dossier changes state, the property dossier linked to it changes as well. For example, if the sale doesn’t go through and the company archives the dossier, the property returns available again. If, on the other hand, the sale is successfully closed, then the state of the property dossier changes to rented or sold.

How it works

Tax return dossier opening

The accounting firm can open a new dossier in both Duedot and, in case of server-to-server connection, its management software. The dossier contains reference information, such as year, holder and tax data, and is automatically shared with the workspace team.

Sharing with clients

In addition to the workspace team, the dossier can be shared also with clients, by adding them as external participants. They can view the entire dossier in a web browser with no need of registration and directly upload requested documents, in order to facilitate their processing and archiving.

Documents upload

Both accounting firm and client can import documents in the dossier, using the standard uploading methods from computers, drag & drop or scanner, using their smartphone’s camera or importing files from other applications.

Documents analysis

Duedot automatically analyzes documents uploaded in the dossier, suggesting the category to which they belong. Once the accountant has confirmed the categorization,  documents are automatically sent to the management software for the declaration processing.

How it works

When a client asks for funding, the bank opens a new dossier with all the information, data and necessary documents. The bank can import the applicant’s data from Duedot contact list which is directly connected to its CRM. In this way, all data is collected in one place, making the bank’s assessment easy and immediate.

Team sharing

Once opened, it is possible to decide whether to share the dossier with the entire workspace team or not, adding as participants only the interested colleagues. In doing so, everyone remains focused on their tasks, without any distractions or misunderstandings.

External sharing

All dossiers can be shared also with clients, if added as external participants, for uploading requested documents and communicating easily with the bank. Clients can view the entire dossier in their favorite browser with no need of registration or installation of the App.

Documents signature

In Duedot, clients can sign documents without having to download them and import them back into the App. Thanks to advanced electronic signature (FEA) it is possible to seal your signature following an authentication procedure through SECURE-CALL.
